SIM'S STUDENTS ONLY - CATCH-UP SESSIONS

Catch-up sessions - for Sim’s classes only

If you are unable to make a class please advise as soon as you can to receive a catch-up session. 

****IMPORTANT - When this is within less than 24 hours of your scheduled class it may not always be possible to provide a catch-up class if we are unable to offer someone else your place because of short notice. ***

You are entitled to your eight sessions and we will always attempt to give you these sessions where space is available. We are one of the rare studios that offer catch-ups.

Catch-up classes are possible only in the same term as the missed class and only if there is room in another session (meaning someone may need to be away for you to take their place). 

We totally understand ‘life happens’ so we will always do our best to accommodate and be generous if
a class has been missed : )

*Refunds/credits will not be offered for missed classes and must be taken in the same term as class missed.

**These spaces will readily change when someone is away... hence great to let us know as early as you can so we can add to website and hopefully someone else can use the place.
